In 2018, we signed a cooperation agreement with the new CTU institute in Prague. The key drawback of our activities is the lack of skilled and capable development workers. We are currently looking for development engineers, technologists and computing. I believe that the successful collaboration between industry and academia and the associated growth of jobs is a key contribution of our company to the long-term goal of STAR.
If STAR succeeds in fulfilling its mission, the importance of our region will deepen and the already unique area near our capital will grow in importance. This is always linked to the inflow of investment capital and the growth of job opportunities. By comparing trends in similar locations across Europe, near large and university cities such as Munich, Barcelona, Amsterdam and Copenhagen, positive synergies can be seen from investments to support research and technological institutions. In these areas and regions, modern and very pleasant environments are created, in which people seek not only job opportunities, but also actively spend their free time with their friends and families.
